1.Can you make customized samples?
Yes. We could make samples as per customers request.?After customers offer us drawings or physical samples,we could develop.
2 .Do you offer free samples?
About free samples, Yes. If customers pay the shipping fee, we strongly suggest to take sample for further checking? about the quality before place an order. Sample fee can be refund once the order confirmed.
3. Do you have any products in stock?
Yes, we have many ready goods, if you need sample, feel free to contact us!
4.What is the developing time & bulk lead time ?
For embroidery/sequins, normally we need around 7 days for developing, and bulk will take around 20 days.
5.What is your payment term ?
Normally we accept T/T, and L/C at sight, payment term can be negotiate after cooperation.
6.What is your normal packing ?
Normally we make rolls , use plastic bag + poly bag, but some special fabric, we will use loose packing and carton box. Depend on fabric.
7.Can we buy small quanitity ?
Yes, lot of our fabric have ready goods, you can buy in small quantity ,like 1 roll, 2 rolls for try.
